Now that I got the job, what do you recommend I get

I just got called last night telling me I got a job at a doctors's Health Center. I will be helping out the clinical nurses when they need help if they are overloaded but my main job will be a phone triage nurse. Filtering the phone calls and scheduling. I will be trained in all aspects of the office though I am sure. I am wondering since this is my first job in a doctors office (been a nurse for 16 yrs.) if there is any books I could read any tools/supplies I could buy, anything that will help me out in my new position. Thank you in advance!!

Alice, LPN
