New Office Procedure/info please

Hi, I am a RN working at an OB/GYN office. Our office has expressed some interest in the use of accudexa for BMD testing . I would be grateful for any correspondence with other nurses at offices who are presently using this device. Are their special CLIA certs for the use of this screening? Who is authorized to operate? Do you register the unit with the state health dept? Are radiology badges necessary? Please drop a line if you know.
