I am looking for examples of job decriptions for a pediatric nurse office manager, peds nurse and a cma.
I am also interested in what cma's are doing in the office setting.

Greetings!
Re: medical assistants. I would refer you to AAMA at www.aama-ntl.org for what they can and cannot do. A CMA is a person who has passed the certification examination; otherwise s/he is a MA. Also, ask to see the certificate. Until 1 January 99 exam, a person could take the exam without graduating from a formal training program. They had to have YEARS of experience, but no formal schooling. Medical assistants are an asset to any practice, but are NOT RN/LPN substitutes.
