Help with second interview

You will probably hear your general interview questions - at least be prepared to answer: strengths/weaknesses, why he should hire you, why you're interested in the job, why you left your last job, how well do you work with other people, what would your previous co-workers say about you, what are your salary requirements...I just went through the interview process a few months ago and ended up in job I love.
