Chaperone Policy

by NPwb

Our primary care network is interested in dveloping a chaperone policy describing responsiblities providers during procedures-pap smears etc. While it seems like common sense, there needs to be consistancy among offices in a network. Also patients need to be free to refuse a chaperone if they desire. I hoped other offices have addressed this issue and could share a copy of their policy with me. My fax number is 231-739-3965. My email address is in my profile. Thanks for any assistance provided!
