Anyone working with Mollen Immuization Clinic

by iwanna

I believe that I am sorta, kinda hired with Mollen. I sent my paperwork via fax, but it was just recently they let me know that my driver's license and SSN were too light when faxed. I followed the directions in copying the info. Anyways, the second time, I mailed the copies that the were requesting. I received an email from them they received my paperwork and will contact me if they need anything further. I am getting concerned because the online training is supposed to be this upcoming week. I have not heard anymore about the training. Is that training at your own convenience during that week?

I know I keep calling every day and they keep post poning my training start date. you know the thing about this that make me so nervious and I dont know if you feel the same way or not is because you send them your life practically via fax with you liscence and social security card and all that. So my fear of this with my information out there makes me nervious.
Im also signing up with Maxium to do the flu clinics. check it out in your area.

There is a LONG thread about this under the General Discussion Forum. Where are you all from? Im from AZ and have completed training and got an email stating that the schedule with open "on or before August 27th". I too have orientation with Maxim to do clinics as well---orientation on Wednesday. Any of you all in Phoenix?

So I found an add for Mollen Immunizations during my job hunting.

I have never had any previous experience with them. They did an over-the-phone interview with me and within a few minutes I was hired and of course pending the paperwork that would follow etc...

I was informed that clinics for my state would start the first week of September and would end late November. She stated the quicker I got my paperwork in the quicker I could get online and pick my schedule. So here I go rushing to get this paperwork submitted and to set up day care. She told me I would definately be able to put in 40 hours a week but no more than that since they pay daycare.

I set up daycare to start the first week of September so that I would be able to work. Well come to find out.... after a week of not hearing back after I submitted my paperwork, that the clinics in fact will not start until the END of September!

So now because of they misinformed me I created a mess with this daycare situation. Of course I cannot afford to pay a month's worth of daycare to hold the slots until the shifts start!!!

I am just really frustrated and regret having ever applying to their add.

After reading some of the posts here it just reaffirms my original gut feeling about this place. They have a facebook page. So all the customer service and HR folks you talk to are all college interns. No wonder!

I totally understand you feelings. I wish the economy was not as bad as it is and that there are some real jobs out there for us.
There are some other agencys you can get real work with and they are listed in the string of messages if you look through this message board.
Good luck I hope everything works out for you

Same problem here, in Portland OR! I haven't gotten authorization to take the online training course, and all of a sudden this weekend I got an e-mail saying they didn't have all my paperwork, even though I called them a month ago when I faxed it and was told it was all in order! And anytime I try to call them, I'm put on hold only to wait 10 minutes and leave a voicemail on some mysterious machine somewhere in their offices. They can't be contacted by e-mail that I have found, and I have not gotten any contact back in spite of having left them three voicemails in the last week.

Very frustrating, needless to say.

You probably should just chalk this one up. All of my paperwork went through ok the first time, I completed my training when it became available, but not one single clinic. When they finally got the scheduling working, the early birds got what few worms were available. I will not be wasting any of my time or effort with this in the future.
