iPad winner at the AN exhibit booth at NTI
-
Congrats to Tammy from North Carolina!
She was the lucky winner of our iPad give away in Washington DC at the NTI 2010 Criticial Care convention
It was wonderful meeting so many Critical Care Nurses and Educators at the convention!
We gave away over 1,000 t-sirts and 8,000 pens, tons of AN post it notes, AN lip balm, mints, AN laptop stickers etc...
Can you believe that 90% of the visitors who visited our booth never heard of allnurses.com?
Hopefully they will share their experience with their nursing friends and make allnurses.com a part of their daily lives.Last edit by Joe V on May 28, '10About Brian, ADN

allnurses.com founder; from US
Specialty: 18+ year(s) of experience in CCU, Geriatrics, Critical Care, TeleMay 28, '10I never heard of it when I stumbled upon it back in 2000 or so, but I find it difficult to believe that a good number of people haven't heard of it nowadays. After all, if you do an internet search, AN almost always comes up first when the topic is nursing websites.May 28, '10Great picture, Brian!
We had several very sad registrants who had hoped to win the Ipad.
It is surprising that so many had not heard of AN........but they have now. We made sure of that.May 28, '10Yep - it was so nice to meet so many members and new members too!
See ya next year in Chicago.May 28, '10Quote from brian:

Very true! It's how I found you guys. Every single search I ran.....I said to myself, 'what is this allnurses thing?'. I hung out for about a year and finally joined. It's a great site, very theraputic at times and all together fun!May 29, '10Suffolk County Community College Nursing program has it as a recommended link on their website
Awsome site I have learned a lot and met very good people.May 29, '10When I typed in "nurses" on my very first computer in 1997 or maybe it was 1998 this was the first link that came up. Have been here most days every since. In those 12 or 13 years I went from being a bedside nurse in my prime to a retired nurse. That is the first photo of Brian I have seen in a while, nice to see him again.May 30, '10Very nice photo of the convention booth scene with Brian giving the award to Tammy the nurse from NC.Jun 1, '10will be back @ the national teaching institute & critical care exposition, apr 30 - may 5,2011 in chicago next year.....will be interesting to see if attendees remember us as 95% hadn't heard of us in 2008.
