    Bortaz,

Can you go to Welcome to allnurses.com on a computer and delete your subscription to the thread?

If that doesn't fix it, can you send me the thread in the breakroom URL via PM so I can look into this, maybe we can go in and manually fix this bug? Thanks

You're a brilliant fella, Brian. That worked like a charm. Don't know why I didn't think of that!
Thanks for caring enough to spend so much time on this little issue for me.

I love the app as well.

I also have 2 red notifications on my app icon, however I can not determine why they are there or how to get rid of them.

As a side note. My iphone asked me to register for "push notifications" through my login name and email, and said that Allnurses would send me an email to confirm, as well as a link in said email to activate this (confused? I was as well) I filled out this additional form and have yet to receive the email with the link (couple days now)

Soooo... I am thinking the "red alerts" may have something to do with this additional "app account"

btw, I am signed into allnurses on the app and can view private messages and such..

If anyone can sort this mess out, let me know!

I had the same problem. I followed the steps Brian gave a few posts up (screen shots were helpful!). I don't have any alerts anymore.

    Yep, worked for me too!

I did find the push notification email as well (went to junk mail)

    So Whew!

The app overall completely exceeds my expectations of a brand new app...works flawlessly, it's quick to load, doesn't crash...

Not sure if my husband will like it, he has a hard enough time getting me off Allnurses on the PC
