Alright Stan, now I see why you volunteered me for this travel nursing assignment. I know Nursing is a big job, we wear lots of hats and are supposed to have big hearts, yadda....yadda...but THIS is ridiculous. How am I supposed to fit those in my ears, especially with this helmet on? And who IS this patient anyway? Do you have a ladder so we can listen to all the lung fields? Let's put our critical thinking caps on. Hmmmmm....
