I don't remember an arrow on the front page. What is the front page? The place you are taken when you type in allnurses.com? When I go there, I go directly to my bookmarks. After that I check what has happened in the last 24 hours. I don't usually scroll on the front page at all. -

That already exists at the top of every page and at the bottom......... you see this both places (top/bottom) to go forward/next:
