Can we please get rid of the "Leave a Comment" button?
The comment box shows up at the bottom of every page anyway. Is it really necessary to have a button that simply scrolls the page down to the comment box?
I ask because I can't count the number of time that I have typed a response and then clicked the "Leave a Comment" button instead of the "Post a Comment" button. Clicking on "Leave a Comment" erases everything I have typed and forces me to start over. (Please tell me I'm not the only one who does this on a daily basis?)
So please explain the purpose of the "Leave a Comment" button versus the "Post a Comment" and whether we can get rid of it or at least move it to a different place so it doesn't look so much like "Post a Comment" and isn't' so close to the Comment box.
Thanks! (Please move this if there is a forum devoted to All Nurse's suggestions).
Print and share with friends and family.
Compliments of allnurses.com.

- Apr 6, '12 by Joe VI'm guessing you are referring to the 2nd Leave a Comment button.
The one on top (next to first post) I have to leave but I don't see a reason why we need the 2nd one. - Apr 7, '12 by Ashley, PICU RNYay! Thanks so much! I'll be happy to never need to retype an entire post again!

- Apr 8, '12 by Spidey's momRuby - do you see on the bottom right corner it says "Like" and "Reply" and "Quote" . . . then you see actual an actual " ?
You use that at the bottom of each post you want to quote. And then when you hit "Leave a Comment" it multi-quotes all those posts. - Apr 8, '12 by Ruby Veei'm only seeing the little " button on the last post in the thread. is that how it's supposed to work?
- Apr 8, '12 by sirIQuote from ruby veeruby, you have to have "enable multi-quote feature on every post", in your profile setiings. right now, you do not have that enable.i'm only seeing the little " button on the last post in the thread. is that how it's supposed to work?
go to "ruby vee's" account above. click the dropdown menu under "options" and select, "edit settings". scroll and check the box beside, "enable multi-quote feature on every post", then scroll to "save all settings".
once you get ready to multi-quote in a thread, click the " icon on each post you want to quote, then scroll to the bottom of the thread and click, "leave a comment". all quotes will then appear in the box below and you can then post your comment.
