better to wait till i become an NP to move?

I have always wanted to move to Alaska. I live in Arkansas and will soon be finishing a BSN program. I have heard it is challenging to obtain RN employment in Alaska if you live in the lower 48. I know I want to becom an NP and am pretty much garunteed admission at the institution I go to now. My question is regarding if it is easier to fnd employment in Alaska as an NP. I see many listings by agencies offering good salries and relocation expenses for NPs. Do they easily get hired from the other states? Will hospitals like Providence pay moving expenses for an RN? Thanks.
