Glad to hear you feel good about it! I knew you would be fine :-) Was it weird doing it via skype? And that is so cool to hear about your friend that also applied! Hopefully we all get to be there together! Did you send them a thank you card or email after the interview? As for the prereqs that you still have to take, did they say you can take them in the summer? I still have to take the patho class too ugh, if I decide to go to Samford! I'll probably take it with them online because I don't plan to relocate until August. Keep me posted on when you and your friend hear back!! I'm still waiting to hear from the other 2 schools unfortunately so I'm praying I hear something soon!

Hey there! So I found out that I'm waitlisted for the school in DC...but I'm def not going to wait for them. My choice is going to be to attend Samford :-) so I'm going to send my deposit and confirm my spot there!! Have you and your friend decided yet?

Yeah I think so too :-) And I'm so glad to hear you guys are coming too!!! So have you already sent your deposit etc? And do you know when classes actually start? I've been trying to look on their website but could not find it Lol. I think it's the last week of August, is that what you found too if any? Also, what was your previous degree in? Mine was in Comm which was a waste of time lol but thank God I got the chance to go back for nursing which is what I've always wanted to do!! So excited!!

I think you're right. It's the last week of August, but we'll probably need to be on campus sooner for the orientation. I studied animal science with an emphasis on companion animal care and behavior. I wanted to go to vet school, but became more interested in nursing. My friend studied pol sci and she's hoping to get into nurse administration. Cheers to second degrees and second chances!!!
