LPN and sacrifices

I have recently graduated as an LPN. Taking boards in 2 wks. ALL prayers welcomed Job hunting not going so well. Definitely thought I would be making more money than has been offered to me... One of my questions is should I take the hospital job and gain as much experience before going to RN school, or go with LTC and make more money?? I have 2 kids and need a good paying job, but I also want to be the best nurse I can be, and learn as much as possible! Anybody who has had previous experiences please tell me about them. My other dilemma is RN school. I am wanting to go back asap after getting my 500 hours as an LPN. Any good recommendations on bridge programs, or I am also considering going to UAB and getting my BSN. Any thoughts please??
