starting RN wages in AL

  1. 0 Hey guys I have a question, I"m currently going to nursing school at UNLV, my dad may possibly be moving to Alabama and I want to follow him after I graduate. my question is how much do nurses start off making in AL? And when I grad and pass the NCLEX, what are the chances of a hospital hiring me in AL right away with no "work" experience? Any info would be helpsful thank you....oh yes and he's moving to southern AL i believe he's looking to live in Daphne.

In Birmingham I *think* it starts at 19.85 and then you get shift differential. Most places here take new grads. Good luck!
