Has anyone looked into becoming a physician assisstant instead of following the DNP plan? I have a ASN and still working to transfer for BSN. But my original plan was to go to USA for masters of NP. Now with the 2015 changes I am looking into other options. I am going part time so I'm afraid that I will not make the deadline. And honestly looking at the cost of having to pay for grad classes and having to do residency with the DNP, I'm really questioning if it is still the path that I need to take. If I had the time and money for a doctoral degree...why would I not just go to medical school?
