Hi everyone!! I currently attend Jeff State Shelby Campus. I am applying for the Spring this fall. I am so excited! I have taken the teas once but did not get the store I wanted so I am currently preparing to take it at least twice before the summer is out! So pumped...anyone else?

For the Spring the Full time option is only available. And 1. Shelby 2. Jefferson 3. Pell City and 4. Clanton

I'm wondering if I should have added another campus other than Jefferson, but I was told that doesn't help your chances of getting in. I can't believe we still have to wait a month until we know for sure...

Yes, I currently am at the Jefferson campus and really hope to stay there. I applied with 209 pts. I didn't do fantastic on the teas but I only had time to take it once. The advisor said I did well but I know I could have done better, I'm just thankful I had A's in all my pre-reqs.

Thats Great!!!!!!!!!!!! im applying with 1 A and two B's :-/ but I heard that the Spring admin term isnt as competitive as the fall. I sure hope that is true

Yeah, I think you may be right, but I'm not sure. It seems like every single person in my Micro class right now will be applying for spring term. When I turned my app in the advisor said I should hear something within 2 weeks of the deadline, I kinda thought that was very early compared to previous terms, but I did turn mine in rather early-ish. I just wish we knew immediately so we could go ahead and plan for orientation stuff. What campus are you currently at?

I am so glad to see others writing on here lol. I have been checking almost everyday(sad I know). I am so excited! And that really is early to hear something back... But I would rather it be sooner than later :). I talked to one advisor and I was told the fall cut off is around 190 and spring is around 170...I have read other threads and on one spring hopefuls' page they did receive their emails/calls two weeks after the deadline....fingers crossed.is there anyone who is applying and this admission will NOT be their first time in the program?

This will be my first time applying and I feel like I've been reading these forums forever...lol. I'm just glad I can finally participate in one, haha! Is the spring cutoff number always lower because all campuses are accepting? Or what? I sure hope we know within 2 weeks because I know orientation is in November and I'd really like to know what all I should or could be doing now to get ready for that. Have you been in the program before?

I have :( I was in once three years ago and then I failed fundamentals by like half a point, went back and passed it then when I was in second semester I had my first child.. lets just say it did not work out very well and now I am applying again and praying I get in...

Oh wow! Well kudos to you for going back!! At least you will be somewhat prepared. I'm sure it's gonna be hard leaving a young child, mine is almost 11 and I'm already dreading so much time away from him but he understands completely. Which campus are you hoping to be at?
