Hi,

I am from Tallassee, AL. Have you ever heard of this place? I have been a nurse since 1995. I was a LPN for 10 years and then graduated from Troy University with my ASN in Dec. 2005. RN school was hard but I learned alot. Keep up the good work, all you nursing students and you will reap the rewards. I have worked all over our little hospital. (ICU, ER, OR, GI Lab, Social Services, Gero-Psych,...). I love being a nurse.

I am married with 2 children of my own and 2 step children. We have 3 boys and 1 girl, (30, 25, 24, & 17) and 1 grandson (6).

Hey there everyone!

My name is Laura and I currently live in Central Florida with my 6 year old twin boys. I am an LPN and am looking to move on to RN, I may also be moving to Alabama this summer, but want to know a little bit more about the schools and jobs there. Are there any LPN to RN programs in or near Andalusia, Alabama? Can anyone provide me any info? Also what is the rate per hour for an LPN there? I tried calling the Board of Nursing but left voice mails and no one ever returned my call, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks and blessings to all,

Laura

Hi all, I am currently an LPN almost finished with my ADN!! Graduate in May! I am working on ADN at CACC, seen a few more folks on here that have attended CACC. I am planning in the future to pursue the step program at JSU. But for now I gotta get finished with this and work a little. Hope everyone is doing well!
