Homehealth/hospice in Decatur, Al

I am looking at working with home health or hospice. I would like to know what kind of experiences other nurses have had at some of the local agencies such as AsceraCare, HGA, Alacare and Hospice of the valley. I am most interested in the work environment and interaction between employees. It is the people and management that use work with that makes a job great or miserable.
