ASCC is not very competitive. In my class we didn't even fill up the 50 seats. That being said, as we move on to our second semester, we've lost about 60-65 % of our class. I'm not sure what's to blame exactly. You have to be able to teach yourself and dedicate yourself to studying pretty much non-stop. I'm not sure if other schools are like that because this is the only one I've gone to, but I had a friend go who was equally as smart as me, but learned by listening and she failed out. If you need instructors to teach you the material, it's not the place for you. I hope this is helpful!
I have applied to Southern Union but do not remember what my score was as I applied to several schools and the score changed per school. Im waiting to get a letter so I know my status with this school!
