I am considering relocating with my partner for 3-4 months to another province.
I am wondering if this length of time would be frowned upon by potential employers. Someone mentioned I should look into agency nursing. I would think the short term may be equally problematic to them as they would also need to spend money on orientation.
Hoping someone can shed some light on my best move.
Many agencies have 12 week contract assignments available with hospitals. One of the hospitals in my area has NINE nurses going out on maternity leave this summer so my agency has approached me about signing a 12 to 16 week contract with that hospital to cover those nurses.
It's done all the time.
