Re: Nursing Registry

Hi, I'm new to this site but I was hoping some more experienced's RN's could help me out here. I have been a nurse for about 2 years working at a large oncology hospital since I was a new grad. I was looking to try out registry to advance my skills but don't know how they work. I live in So. California, I'm not sure who to go with and whether it's a good idea or a disaster waiting to happen...advice? Thanks!!
