Need advice on starting Nursing Agency

Hello all, I'm in the process of starting my own nursing agency and need some advice on some specifics that have not been answered yet. Any help is very well appreciated!!

What are the important things I should know about a Nursing Agency whether good or bad. I want to know all!

I stay in South Carolina and would like to know if any knew the average annual cash flow. I know it all depends on how my employees and clients one has and how much they work but can I get a rough estimate?

How much can a nursing agency owner make. I have read different things that it's a million dollar industry but how much will I ACTUALLY make?

What all should I include in my business loan as far as finances-should I include utilities, employees, and monthly expenses up to a certain amount?

What are some things to help clients more attracted to my service when I di start up?

Thanks so much in advance for any help. I really do appreciate it,
