more positions open for LPN or RN in agency right now?

by thekid

I used to work agency as an LPN until I was an RN..once I was an RN I did a few shifts with the same agency but then transferred to a per diem hospice care job that I really liked.

My license has just been activated again after a hiatus from nursing..am wondering where the current needs are? Do you think there are more LPN assignments (for med passes) than RN assignments ? Would they use an RN to do LPN work if they were in a crunch?
thanks!
(experience was in LTC passing meds mostly)
