I just had an interview with NurseFinders and everything looks good at the time. However, I am a little worried about my lack of experience as a "3" year LPN. I just moved and worked on a Postpartum floor (my first job) for the last 3 years, and I did not develop many skills that I could use in my advantage on say a Medical Surgical floor. My recruiter is aware of this and states that I will be fine. She has set me up for an orientation next week for a Rehab floor that deals with things I have not been exposed to. I was just wondering what are some of your experiences with this agency? Where you just thrown into an area or were you given a day or so orientation to become famililar with everytyhing. I am a little nervous because I would like to expand my skills, but I do not think I would be to comfortable getting thrown into something.
Thanks for reading this!
