Help with Insurance RN job

I am looking to get my foot in the door with an Insurance Company. I have no experience in case management except working along ours on our unit. I have over 7 years as a charge nurse in L&D, Newborn Nursery, Women's Services, and PICU. I have appiled to a few and have heard nothing back. They all ask for experience, any help I would love to get my foot in the door! I am located in Arkansas!
