Getting cancelled in the Summer

It's only happened to me once, but again I've only been working agency a couple months. Sounds like it's happening a lot to you...sorry...

I haven't been getting cancelled I just haven't been getting any shifts. Luckily my the sister floor at my full time job is way understaffed right now and the last month they have had 2 openings for ot every night.

Every year that I worked agency I spent most of the summer getting dressed and sitting by the phone just in case I got called back. Holidays are also getting worse every year as the regular staff pickes up extra to pay for Christmas gifts.
