MAKE-- NO DEMAND THAT THE AGENCY GIVES YOU MORE OF AN ORIENTATION, ESP IF YOU ARE A NEWBIE. This is your license on the line, not to mention patient saftey. I am an LPN and I make 27 with my agency in NY on LI, however they gave me NO orientation and it was a good thing that I had much prior experience. Good luck and remember there are plenty of agencies out there that are dying for your talent. Keep me posted
