Indiana or Ohio anyone? and/or how to get started in field?

Hello. I have been an RN since 2008. Trained in ICU, PACU and an internal medicince clinic. I would like to get started in aesthetic nursing. I want to give all the cosmetic injections! Woudl also do lasers, any skin treatments, etcetc. Soooo how the heck do I get started in this. Nurse job search engines only show maybe 1 or 2 opportunities like this. The one I found in Ohio wanted an already experienced aesthetics nurse. So how does one go about getting into all this? Also, anyone on here work in Indiana or Ohio? Thanks guys!!!
