How to become an esthetic nurse?

Hello all. I am new here. I am in school for lpn in San Diego. My ultimate goal is to become an esthetic nurse. Give botox ect. I realize I will need to become an RN. That is not a problem. I intend to do that. My question however is, how or what is the best route from where I am to get there? Some say I need to go to esthetician school , some say I don't. What type of jobs as an lpn should I look for that may be benificial when I have my RN and am trying to get into the field? I appreciate your advice!
