    I noticed most threads on the topic are pretty old and since the laws are changing everyday I was wondering if anyone has up to date information of any of the following since real info is few and far between,

    * What states other than Ohio allow nurses to give botox and similar injections?
    * What other procedures in which states can nurses perform?
    * Any information on pay scales for aesthetic nurses?
