Security Forces Hospital in Dammam, KSA. Any info regarding this hospital?

hi everyone, I tried applying through an agency for security forces hospital located in Dammam, KSA. I tried searching online, but couldn't find the hospital's website. I just want to make sure this hospital exists, how many bed capacity it has, if this is a tertiary one or not. The agency wouldn't give me more info regarding the hospital and that it will be discussed during the interview, and I just want to make sure this is a good medical facility to work in before i show up for the interview and accept the offer.

Hi there, don't bother yourself to go here (Security Forces Hospital - Dammam). If sucks here! if you don't want your career to be ruin, then go and find another job.. SFH-Riyadh is good but not SFH-Dammam.

Also, don't apply to Workgroup Agency, IDEAL, and Best One because they were the agencies who deployed nurses in SFH-Dammam. It's not good here, believe me.

TO ALL THE NURSE OUT THERE.I AM ONE OF THE VICTIM OF SECURITY FORCES DAMMAM, THEY WILL CONDUCT AN INTERVIEW THIS COMING jan9 and 10 2012 IN WORK GROUP AGENCY NEAR IN MANILA CITY HALL, as my concenr to my collegues please,, dont go there and accept the offer we a have a lot of collegues that has been a victim of that hospital,, they are all asking for a help of our embassy,, the contract stated that we are on a sub contract under AL EWAN COMPANY,, THAT PRIVATE AGENCY IS TOTALLY BAD TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES THERE NOT ONLY FOR THE FILIPINA BUT FOR ALL THE NATIONALITY.THEY WILL FRONT THE SECURITY FORCES HOSPITAL DAMMAM FOR US NURSES TO BE INTERESTED AND WILLING TO BE PART OFTHEIR OFFER WHILE IN FACT. IF YOU WILL ACCEPT THERE CONTRACT YOU WILL SEE IT WAS WRITTEN THERE YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING IF THEY TRANSFER YOU IN THE DIFFERENT KINDS OF CLINIC AROUND K,S,A EVEN IN THE PROVINCE.EVEN IF YOU FINISHED THE CONTRACT THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE THE CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT TOGETHER THE NOEC. dear guys, the people from security forces hospital dammam are now having their massive hiring interview for nurses and other medical fields. wanna know the reason why??? most of us here, whether nurses, doctors, or any staff already informed the management our plans to finish our contract for so many reasons.

1. upon hiring, they will front up security forces hospital under ministry of interior, but the truth is, you will be under subcontract by al ewan medical company.the whole hospital is under this agency at present and their contract with moi is a minimum of 3 years.

2. the nurses are over worked here. in the job offer it is stated that the staff only need to render 192 hours in a month. but it is not happening. the worst, there will be no payment for overtime,and all the holidays you have worked for.

3. the worst directress of nursing i have ever known and could have imagined is in here. no management and leadership skills[color=#7f868c] very incompetent leader!!! she doesn't know how to manage simple much more the serious problems. she resolves problems by shouting and blaming all the nursing staff, and would tell the staff not to inform the higher administration about what she is doing to us. she is bias with honesty. she doesn't face the problems, nor make solutions for it. she will call her what she call "leaders" to do it for her. the moi knows what she is doing to her nurses. but as if they themselves are blinded by her, that she is the one doing all the job and her nursing staff are all incompetent!! look who is talking!! you will know her in time when you come here.

4. there is no clear policy and procedure for the whole hospital. the term is "copy paste!" you are not a nurse of sfhd if you don't know the meaning of this! in exchange, nurses are trying their best to perform well or else your license will be at stake.because of this ******** "bolicy" that the don knows!

actually i am very satisfied here in saad hospital in icu

but they offered me big offer actually that’s why i am hesitant

i asked some my friends about this hospital actually some of them encouraged me and the other not

so i am still hesitant l

am anurse at security force hospital dammam and one of my friend called me that he is already accepted to join us;and i encourage him to come;he told me that the employer informed him that the hospital operated by private comany during the interview;but he ddint understand how this could affect him...any way i agree with previous comments that we have problem in the accomdations,salaries,materials,but we are improving...and the nursing team doing the best to improve the situation...and i wish it will become better for all...

to: hassa ... don't be blinded by the offer to you, believe me it's not just the money that matters.. we have an ******* director of nursing here, she's a kind of person who only listen to herself (how selfish! it is..), who doesn't know at all every single thing on how to operate the whole nursing department (she's not a leader! she's a bad manager!), she doesn"t have the heart for her people (i wonder how she still live!, yeah maybe because she's really a monster!) woaah! scary (by the way she has this scary, ugly face!), she doesn't understand about professionalism (because she don't even have it!), she manipulate everything in here, and many many more.

so, tell me how can you work effectively is she is the director of nursing?

plus - we are under a bad company the so called... "al-ewan"
