RN Sponsorship (H1B/Green Card)

Hello,

I am an internationally educated nurse with a RN/RM license to practice in my country and a RN license for the state of California. Currently I am on Student visa (F1) in US. I need a job and sponsorship for H1B or Green card. I have a BSN (Bachelors of Nursing) from my country and a MS-HCA (Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration) from US. Any body willing to sponsor???

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks :thankya:

You do not need BSN for sponsorship for GC

Thanks alot :)

About the only thing I think you'd have a shot at in California is for a position that mandates a native-speaker/native-culture person.

Otherwise, I'll guarantee you that there's a citizen or legal, permanent resident who's qualified for the job (unless the hospital is playing loose w/ the rules).

Hello,

Do u mind telling me the name of the hospital that sponsored ur frnd? I am located in Texas and am trying to find a sponsor too...ur help will be appreciated.

I have a question about the Eb3. Is this Eb3 process competitive like H1b? How often are applicants denied for this visa (Eb3)?

EB3 is immigrant visa. And with the current 6 plus wait the difficulty is similar to H1b and finding a employer
