    Hi. I am currently on a tourist visa. I passed the NCLEX in 09 and have my visa screen certification valid til 2015. Is there any way I can apply for H1b since i have two degrees? I understand getting a petition for an immigrant nursing position these days takes like 6 years or more due to the ongoing retrogression. Please advice. Thanks...

    Only if the job is for h1b, minimum requirements of BSN and if not under capped exempt the cant apply until April and have to attend interview and start date is Oct so will have to leave
