Any ideas for agencies, hoSpitals, facilities sponsoring? No negativity please.. just need a helping hand.

Not likely in NYC. Even if you found an EB3 sponsor you would still be affected by retrogression with is ~2+ years right now (you cannot wait in the U.S. to become current) you are unlikely to find an employer willing to wait that long for an potential when there are hundreds of US citizen and PR applicants for a single position. It would be near impossible for an employer to justify to USCIS hiring you over someone with work rights.

What are you studying? What kind of paid nursing experience do you have?

There are areas where you might have chance like parts of upstate NY or ND. If you are willing to relocate more north you chances of finding a sponsor increase significantly.
