Register Today!- Sep 11, '05 by Nurse DependentQuote from suzanne4thanks, suzanne. At last things are starting to move for you.
Great news.........
as dale always say, the waiting game seems to be the most exciting part of this thing. so much variables at play!
after the receipt of the fee bill, we were advised to wait for 4-6 weeks for the release of packet 3.
we didn't expect it to happen in five days!
i'll share with everybody when things start to happen after this phase. - Sep 13, '05 by dhel28[QUOTE=Nurse Dependent]here's sharing my wifey's progress (schedule A):

hope wifey's process be as fast as yours.
especially now that the new visa bulletin is out and with a bleak prognosis.
we're praying hard that we still can take part of the 50K schedule A visas. - Sep 17, '05 by hael171972About an hour ago, I received an e-mail from USCIS, saying that my case has been approved and an approval notice has been mailed on September 16, 2005.
I know I still have more months of waiting to have an immigrant visa, but for now I'll say I got my left foot forward!!

see, i told you just wait. in fact, it was fast considering that they need additional documents.
you can expect the agent of choice letter with in a month or if the lawyer has already signified in your i-140 petition as the agent, then you will be receiving the visa fee bill.
:hatparty:
congratulations!!!!

it's a good thing i registered with uscis website to receive notifcations/updates thru e-mail about my case status
. i texted their staff in manila to inform them that my i-140 was approved already, of course they dont know the latest about my case..i was the first one to know!!!
i want to ask all of you, is it time for me to register to the ca-brn for eligibility to sit for nclex?..
i am starting to review (on my own) suzanne's articles, and some review materials from presc that she left for me (thanks presc!!!)..
thank you to all of you!!!
leah - Sep 18, '05 by suzanne4Definitely go ahead and register, it usually takes at least four months before you will hear anything from them. You still may want to go for initial licensure in another state, unless you are planning to take the exam when you arrive over here. It can take several weeks for you to get your results, with the others it is only a day or two, and can immedaitely be endorsed to California.
- Sep 18, '05 by suzanne4Quote from hael171972saunder's comprehensive review along with the articles is all that you will need.
