Hello, Happy Haloween

If we stick to a constant and steady 4months jump in cut-off dates each month, then there is a great chance that you will be interviewed not with this year, but in this FISCAL year. In case there'll be a constant jump of 4 months in VB cut-off dates, then your PD might become current sometime between February to April 2009.

Godbless. Don't Believe that there is no visas available. Visas are there despite of the RETRO, the thing is, your PD must be current plus you should be documentarily qualified for the Visa Center to allocate you with a visa number.

And by the time you'll face the consul for an interview, you must have a current and updated job offer. This you must have in posession. And also, don't get too much worried with job offers getting cancelled, just pray hard, check this out with your petitioner/agency, they are the only one who who is in the right position to provide you with reliable source of information pertaining to your job offer. Dont be easily carried away with remarks that JOB OFFERS will be withdrawed. It won't help in anyway. True to say that some were get cancelled, but our fate differs from one another. Trust in God, and Let HIM do the rest.

I Have known and met plenty of friends who were astounded and got so much worried with the news that job offers will get cancelled, but had seen them very happy now with the immigrant visas in their hands. This is How God Loves his children. He surely KNOWS what our heart desires. Anybody who plays GOD will be shuttered, because only GOD knows what we truly deserve.

Godspeed.

Per the TOS of this site, you are to stick to the topic that is being discussed on the specific thread. If you wish to discuss something else, then please do so by pm or in another thread.

And if one takes the time to notice, the only one that has posted here in quite sometime that they have received their visa is only one person. Sure, there are visas available, but only if one has a completed file and their PD date is old enough and they meet the other requirements.

This is not happening frequently, and visas are normally released every three months, not monthly. It then becomes dependent on who they will be given to, but the US State Dept releases them quarterly.

"and if one takes the time to notice, the only one that has posted here in quite sometime that they have received their visa is only one person. sure, there are visas available, but only if one has a completed file and their pd date is old enough and they meet the other requirements."

opinion:

yes we are certainly aware that one can receive his packet4 only and if his pd is current, and case completed. one can clearly notice that almost all bloggers following this specific thread are already documentarily qualified and we are just awaiting for our pds to be current. that is precisely the reason why we are here. another point to raise, quite off topic but need to say this just to be fair. yes as can be observe, only pretty neirelle had posted in this forum about her goodnews and i personally thank her with all my heart for deciding to share it in this thread. if you happen to visit other blogs, then you can say that there are also others who had been blessed to be alloted with a visa last month, i also have known some few friends with pds earlier than mine who successfully obtained their immigrant visas without any problems. they chose not to share their success as they prefer to keep it privately or others are just not fond of participating in public forums like allnurses international forum. having said so, not only pretty neirelle had been given a visa last month. definitely not true.

"this is not happening frequently, and visas are normally released every three months, not monthly. it then becomes dependent on who they will be given to, but the us state dept releases them quarterly."

opinion:

yes visas are released by the us state department quarterly, not monthly.

but, consular processing is continous, monthly so long as visas are still available.

thanks for allowing me to share this. again, quite off-topic, but since youve post your message here, i'd rather share my opinion here as well. god bless you.
