there's nothing to worry about retrogression. unavailability of immigrant visa nos. could make us upset or even depressed but on the other hand, while waiting for our visas, we stay with our loved ones, our friends, some colleagues. there's so much things to do and enjoy our lives... one thing for sure that when we reach us to work or to migrate, we fell homesickness as if we want to come back home,... well that's the circle of life... the joyful heart is good medicine" :roll

hi to everyone... this is my first time. my friend who is also a registered member told me about this site... really i find it very interesting. since november visa bulletin came out, it really bothered me a lot. i know im included in the retrogression since my PD is only 6 months ago. what bothers me more is that our agency filed me under I-140 skilledworker/professional and not as Schedule A Nurse. whats the difference between the two? how will it affects my application? thank you so much. your opinion will be higly appreciated.

hi kurt. first of all, congratulations for your visa.:balloons: secondly, i would like to ask when were u interiewed? was it at the US embassy of Manila? I was there last October 26 to submit my lacking document. Up to now, I'm still waiting for my visa. I'm wondering if i can also receive my visa in the coming days, just like u, u got in less than two weeks. hope to hear from u. again, congratulations and God bless.
Hi jenic501, I submitted my document last October 27. I'm currently working in Singapore. Don't worry, keep on praying... perhaps you will have in probably next week.
Based on the experiences of my sister and a friend, when they submitted their documents, it took them at least a month before they receive their visas.
Just keep your fingers crossed.

And you had your interview in Singapore? Or Manila? Singapore is much quicker than Manila, but you have to have a reason that you were there. Such as currently residing there. Same thing with the UK, they are much faster than Manila and it is a well-known fact.
