Please feel free to post here the date when your I-140 petitions were filed and are handled by this Service Center.

Hopefully, this thread would serve as a tracker or updater on how long I-140 petitions are being approved by this Service Center.

hello oobie...non yet:(

Just updating the Jan. 15, 2008 processing times for NSC.

It now reads Nov. 2006 for I-140 Schedule A and July 19, 2007 for I-485 Employment-based.

USCIS constantly change the dates there even on the same month. If I'm not mistaken, just a few days ago, the date for I-140 in NSC for Schedule A was April, 2007. As of this writing, it is back to Nov. 2006.

*An I-140 not approved yet will not have their I-485 processed and those whose I-485s were processed and have approved I-140s will not get their GCs if the visa category isn't current.

Thank you for updating us.. You are referring to Schedule A Nurses.

My I-140 receipt notice states that I am on the Skilled Worker Category since Schedule A Visas were all used up last October 2006.

Skilled Worker or Professional: January 22, 2007

A big setback again! :o

Last week, when they updated for January, it was April 23, 2007.

These guys working at USCIS do not realize how frustrating it is for their clients to be given false hopes. We are paying the right amount of money but the service we expect doesnt even come close.

Just imagine, my I-140 was filed March 15, 2007, up to now there is no action taken.

My friend who filed her I-140 last July 2007 which was processed in Texas Service Center, already got approval last January 15, 2007.

I believe that such processing is so unfair, everyone deserves a fair and efficient processing.:icon_roll

God Bless Us all!:paw:
