Recieved a phone call from OGP yesterday
My I-140 was DENIED at he beginig of june along with 25 others before i went into complete melt down they explained that documention was changed in March 2006 and although they recieved letter for further info on some case the 25 others wernt asked, so everyone bar the 25 got there approval.
A lawyer is now involved in each case and 15 have since been approved the CIS taking responsibility of course as yet my case has not been looked at.
Carnt express in words how i fell was heartbroken last night and am angry and down today just keep asking myself how long do we keep waiting, or do we let it drop and go for plan B and go to Autralia instead, really in a turmoil here will hopefully shortly get my head around it all.

So sorry to hear that..... couldn't you just hang on for a few more months and try to get it sorted. You have gone through so much already.

    Good luck

gale- don't give up! as already stated, you've waited so long already- a few more weeks won't make a difference. and if things don't work out then you can still get to australia.
i am feeling for you- so sorry this had to happen to you! hang in there!
i don't really know you- but as a fellow ogp'ler- here's a :kiss from me!

Thankyou for all your support really do need it at the moment. OGP gave no indication of when my case will be looked at or approved, they kept telling me this is not a re-file, but to be honest feel very strongly that the truth is not being told. OGP said there was a mix up on some files and the "new paper work" was never requested on mine and others? The most upseting point was around the 3rd week of June i was desperate for any news and i rang OGP and asked them to tell me the truth and was there a problem of any sort on my file, they swore blind this was normal and there was no problem, yet when i asked during the phone call they told me my denial arrived the first week of June. Any of you who have been following my path to the USA will know how long one way or another i have been at this - i will not give up, but have to review all my options.
Again thankyou for all your support.

    Gale
