Job search!!!foreign trained nurse with valid EAD

I am a foreign graduate with one year experience in my country. Passed nclex and am on L2dependent visa, legally authorized to work with EAD.I applied to several hospitals through online, but no replies..It would be appreciated if somebody plz suggest me to what facility and position the job search should be concentrated and how I can land up in a job,also i am doubtful whether my experience will be considered for hiring as I do not have any US job experience?
