attachement provided, it means you've already provided it, so no need to attach again..

I know jems, but if you move the image sideways, I drew an arrow pointing to it: ATTACH DOCUMENT. I don't know if this refers to attach another/new document aside from what I provided or what. Have a look,

It's alright.. I'll be having my medicals tomorrow, I'm in Hong Kong at the moment but I don't really know if having it done here could speed things up. And with the holiday season still ongoing, I'm not sure how this is all gonna end up. Let's just hope for the best and offer it all to God.

I've read posts from some forums that there's been a huge backlog of applications after new policies were enforced late July. Some have had theirs granted within about 6-8 weeks but they weren't nurses, they were of different professions and lodged theirs offshore/onshore.

Hi krisitine25.... you still have the time.... and better you also inquire where you will do your medical..because as I know in Nationwide you will set an appointment first to schedule your medical...

my friend's 457 visa was lodged by her employer, at that time she was in Phils. the period from her interview day up to the starting date of work was only less than 2 months in total. that happened last aug-oct.

It's purely on a case to case basis because I had my panel interview last Oct 24th and nomination hasn't come through yet until now, it's been over 2 months so to speak.

Hi Ceridwyn,

Can you please send me a PM, I just need to clarify things about this statement. I am unable to send you a PM. Thanks.

Hi guys im currently gearing towards applying for permanent residency via state nomination to compensate for the 5 points im lacking because my experince fell short. Anyone here who did the same and got successful?I have already research each state on where to apply for nomination and NSW is the only one that does not require you to have lived in that state for a period of time or currently working in that state to be able to get a state nomination. One more thing even if it does not say in the NSW state nomination requirements the condition mentioned above, a friend said to me that she encountered someone who previously worked on approving the state nomination and she said that it is still better to have a proof that atleast you are currently working in nsw to get approved. I am really confused right now. If anyone here can shed a light to my queries it would be really great. I just need assurance that someone got auccessful applying for PR 190 visa via state nomination offsore. Thanks in advance!

Hi!Good day everyone and Happy New Year...I would like to ask about the Proof of Identity documents to submit. It seems that there is a new AGOS-40 and the proof of identity documents to be checked does not apply?..

I attached a link of the new AGOS 40:

How do we comply with these?..Thank you in advance.
