    Hi guys!

I'm a bit apprehensive here.. I've lodged my visa SC 600 last April 26 and up to now, I haven't received my medical notice yet.

Has anyone got same experience? Can I contact the embassy about my notice or should I keep on waiting?
The problem is I'm for June 3 intake and time is ticking.. and Castlemaine has no further intakes if I miss this one...

    Thanks in advance!

Normally, they will send you an email within 7 days from the day you lodged your application. But you can contact them thru Web Inquiry on their webpage to follow up.

    Hi molly_molly

you should follow up the embassy..if you have health issues e.g. previous illness, surgery, it will take a longer for your clearance to be released. but if none, then i think you'll have your visa released according to the embassy's processing time frame.

Hi lani_g85.. I have no previous health issues.
Also, what I mean is that I haven't gotten my notice to do my medicals yet... it has been a week since I've lodged it. For the SC600, you need to lodge your visa 1st and they will send you an email so you can do your medical..

    I guess I should call.

My friend lodged her application first week of April. She got notice for medical around 2 weeks after.

Oh wow.. I hope I can get it soon.. I don't want to miss the intake of my BP school. Plus I'm just staying here in Makati for that reason. Because no approved clinics anywhere in my city.

Thanks for all your inputs guys!

    Hi there,

Has anyone there tried calling Global Health in Australia to follow up the assessment of medical results? Are the visa applicants allowed to call Global Health? Or is it only the embassy that can access them?

I don't think visa applicants can call Global Health Australia and ask about the status of one's application. It normally takes 15-20 days before a decision is given. How many days have you been waiting since your medical results were forwarded to GHA?
