    - did you print the forms 25 and 150 before going to the center?
    - what else did you bring along with you for the medicals?
    - do we still need an appointment before going for it?
    - where did you do your medicals?

    I'm wondering also. i talked to my friend and she said if you put single you will have to send cenomar. If you put.married you will have to send marriage certificate. She sent one herself. So i don't need this? Thanks!

    Hi! I would like to ask regarding the MMR vaccine that is required for the bridging program. The immunization form requires 2 shots of MMR, which is at least 1 month apart. I was given an adult dose of MMR last February and my doctor said I don't need to have the 2nd shot because I already an MMR vaccine when I was younger. Should I still get the 2nd adult dose?

    Guys! Can you help me when do i apply for the health insurance? Is it after the approved visa? Or is it a requirement in applying the visa? Thanx
