Immigrating to Sweden

Hi all,
My partner, my little boy and I are considering a move to Sweden in the next couple years. I am a pediatric nurse, currently working for the last 2 years in a Neonatal unit, including Neonatal high dependancy. I have a bsc in general nursing and childrens nursing. Really dont have a clue and have alot of questions so hoping someone can answer my queries! How does the health system work in Sweden? How much would a nurse with my qualifications and experience learn? How do I go about applying for work there? I am from Ireland, so a member of E.U, what does this mean work permit wise etc?
