I'm planning to study nursing abroad possibly in Thailand, Ukraine, Philippines or Czech republic.
but leaning towards Thailand's Chiang Mai university.
My question is, if I study there as a Nurse will my qualification be recognized in Australia or other western countries?
I would like to Immigrate to Australia after I finish studying abroad. I'm worried I will study in Thailand and then when It comes time for me to immigrate my qualification will not be recognized and my time and money will have been wasted.
is there any way to make sure my qualification will be recognized?

I think it is best to research on some of Australia's hospital nursing job requirement. If you will study in Thailand it might also require you to take their local nursing board exam and gain some experience
there. My friend who graduated from the Philippines
took his board exam and was licensed but was not able to practice nursing there and went to Australia. It took him quite a long time to get a RN job because he had no experience and according to him most hospitals there required recent nursing experience. That was years ago so I have no idea what it is now. I suggest you research first. Good luck! :-)
