    im a us nurse but im hep b positive.is it possible to work in australia.i know in application there is medical and test for this?

    I'm not sure if being Hep B +ve would hinder your chances at nursing here in AUS, but before commencing employment you would undergo a vaccination assessment & they do check your HepB status. Might be best to email around a few places, perhaps a nursing board/authority and ask.

    hello melbern! I just would like to ask if you are already in australia and working in the hospital? I also plan to go to Oz since i am a hep b carrier..
