Hi all,

Guys I have a very urgent question, have to decide ASAP.

My employer is ready to launch Employer sponsored Visa, the question is whether to do this onshore or offshore. Both me and employer are interested in my immediate arrival, so I guess 457 visa is the quickest way.

Is it possible to launch PR ENS(856 visa) upon my arrival to Au, provided that ANMaC has performed an eligibility assesment?

Or should I work for 2 years in Au to be eligible for this type of visa?

I'll appreciate any help.
