Anybody here with same experience or had undergone the same experience, please kindly answer my questions. Thanks in advance.

I'm currently on Visitor Visa Sub 600, just want to ask some things about PR processing and some about student visa with work rights in Australia.

1. Is it better to lodge EOI (expression of interest ) onshore? the same thing in lodging application of PR? Ive heard to some of my Indian Hostel Mates that processing will be faster.

2. Is true that you will get Bridging Visa with Work rights once your current visa validity expires, after lodging PR application? In my case Im on Visitor Visa sub 600 it expires after 3 months from the date of entry.

3. Is it worth it to apply for student visa just to get the work rights to get a job? I currently have an offer with a Nursing Agency but im not sure to weather apply for a Student Visa or Just wait for my ANMAC assessment (will be due around last week of October ) and apply for PR? Which is the better option?

Hope that someone will be kind enough to help me with these. God Bless.

In my case Im on Visitor Visa sub 600 it expires after 3 months from the date of entry. once u are on a bridging visa (that is once you get invited to apply and lodge the PR visa) i think your visa 600 is no longer valid and i do believe you will have work rights (but i am not 100% sure)

Which is the better option?better to wait for the PR because there are so many requirements to process student visa and lots of expenses. God Bless :)

Hope that someone will be kind enough to help me with these. God Bless.
