Applying to work in Singapore

Hi, interested in working as an RN in Singapore. I have my associate's currently enrolled in a BSN program. I have 3 more classes to take and I'm done. I work on a med-surg unit with experience floating to telemetry units.

I'm confused. Should I apply for a working permit first? Or apply at a hospital in SG and they will do it for me? Someone please help.
